Anna Cruz is a bilingual (Spanish/English) community engagement professional with over 10 years of experience in Springfield and Holyoke, MA. At Way Finders, she coordinated resident leadership development, supported AmeriCorps VISTA members, and facilitated trauma-informed, community-driven initiatives. Earlier in her career, Anna worked with Gandara Health Center to lead youth substance abuse prevention efforts through coalition building and outreach. She brings a strong commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and community empowerment.
