Kristin Small

Kristin Small is a staff attorney at Community Legal Aid with over 16 years of experience advocating for low-income individuals and people with disabilities. She is experienced in the areas of Social Security benefits, housing, and employment discrimination. Prior to joining Community Legal Aid, Kristin represented older adults facing a range of legal issues at Legal Assistance of Western New York (“LawNY”), and brought impact and class action cases on behalf of clients with disabilities at Empire Justice Center in Rochester, NY. Kristin earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
