Recruitment Coordinator

Gertrude brings over nine years of experience in HR and recruitment across healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Community Legal Aid/Central West Justice Center, she supported talent acquisition at Fallon Health and previously held HR roles at Worcester State University, AON, and The Bridge of Central Massachusetts. She is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive hiring experiences and helping people feel supported as they join mission-driven organizations. Gertrude holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Worcester State University.
