Champion and Beacon of Justice Awards Reception

Last night, the Equal Justice Coalition held the Champion and Beacon of Justice Awards Ceremony at the Massachusetts State House. We were thrilled that so many lawmakers received the recognition they deserved for their work surrounding legal aid. CLA’s deputy director, Faye Rachlin, presented Senator Harriette Chandler with her Beacon of Justice award, and Betsy Soule from Metro West Legal Services presented Senator Karen Spilka with her Beacon of Justice Award. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and we congratulate each nominee for their award.
