If you are the parent, guardian, or service provider of a child with special needs ages 14-22, Community Legal Aid’s Conference, Youth on the Move: Transition and Decision-Making for (and by) Youth with Disabilities, will provide you with vital information!
 

You will learn about:

  • the process of transitioning youth from special education into adulthood
  • guardianship
  • alternatives to guardianship
  • government benefits and state resources.

Registration is FREE
