Worcester Magazine: Two minutes with… Ramon Borges-Mendez

Dr. Ramon Borges-Mendez is a professor at Clark University. Earlier this week, he served as the moderator of a discussion about graffiti’s relationship to public art at the Pow! Wow! Worcester festival. He specializes in the economic and urban revitalization of small and midsize deindustrialized cities of New England.
