Fair Housing Testing

Community Legal Aid’s Fair Housing Project is currently seeking individuals 18 years or older of any race, nationality, gender identity, and ability to serve as investigators. Fair housing investigators act as prospective renters and help us discover and prevent housing discrimination in Massachusetts.

Fair housing testing is a useful tool to determine whether people looking for housing are experiencing discrimination. Testing allows us to observe the everyday business practices of landlords, management companies, and real estate agents in our communities. Apply below to become a Fair Housing Tester!
