CLA recognized by Hampden Bar Association for commitment to justice

The Hampden County Bar Association welcomed more than 250 members of the local legal community to its Annual Judicial Dinner at the Delaney House in Holyoke. The event was hosted by HCBA President Kevin V. Maltby of Bacon Wilson and featured as its keynote speaker Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants. Attorney Kevin G. Murphy was given the Kent B. Smith Award, and retired Judge George C. Keady Jr. received the William T. Walsh Longevity Award. Additionally, two organizations, Community Legal Aid and Mass Mutual Law Division, and two Western New England School of Law students, Sarah A. Morgan and Kylie Brown, were recognized for their commitment to access to justice in Hampden County and surrounding communities.
