Community Legal Aid names Worcester attorney as first COO

Community Legal Aid, Inc., a free legal aid provider for residents in Central and Western Massachusetts, has named Worcester attorney Leticia Medina-Richman as its first chief operating officer, according to the CLA website.

Medina-Richman is a Worcester resident who has worked at the organization for more than 20 years on landlord-tenant cases.

In 2014, she became director of the Central West Justice Center, an affiliate of CLA, which was her most recent position before being named COO.

Community Legal Aid provides legal aid for housing, family, and elder care issues for residents in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester counties, with main offices in Worcester, Fitchburg, Springfield, Northampton, and Pittsfield.
