We will cover the essentials of handling a Chapter 7 case, including an overview of the Chapter 7 process from intake to discharge, key eligibility requirements and exemptions, and drafting and filing the petition and schedules. This training is for attorneys with little or no prior bankruptcy experience. This training is FREE with your commitment to accept at least one pro bono bankruptcy case in the coming year.
