Help is available! Wage theft and worker exploitation are rising. To help workers, the Attorney General’s Office holds Wage Theft Clinics with community partners like Community Legal Aid. Lawyers, law students, and interpreters will be at the Clinic to help you learn about your rights, draft a demand letter, or prepare a small claims court complaint. Walk-ins are welcome. If you need an interpreter, please call (617) 727-3465. Please bring these papers, if you have them: pay stubs, time sheets, letters/emails/texts from your employer. This event is FREE.
