Guardianship of Minor Workshop Description: 

In this workshop, the presenters will break down the process and requirements for becoming the guardian of a child under 18 years old in Massachusetts. The goal of this workshop is to provide legal education and information to community members who may not have an attorney and would like to learn more about the legal options and obligations related to becoming a guardian for a child in their lives.

This is the second in a series of three zoom presentations on topics related to Guardianships for minors and incapacitated persons. The presentations will be recorded.
