Alycia has been a civil litigator in Massachusetts for over a decade. Prior to joining CLA, she specialized in commercial litigation at Foley Hoag LLP and then at Todd & Weld LLP, where she routinely handled all aspects of complex discovery, tried cases in both state and federal court, and argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. Throughout her career in private practice, she also consistently took on pro bono work, representing clients in eviction proceedings, restraining orders, and civil rights cases. Recently, she obtained a verdict against a Boston Police Officer in federal court for wrongfully arresting her client, resulting in an award of both compensatory and punitive damages.
