Kristen Williams

Chief Operating Officer

Kristen started at Community Legal Aid, as an AmeriCorps Attorney practicing housing law. In 2015, she began working for CLA as a disability benefits and unemployment benefits attorney, before becoming the Director of CLA’s subsidiary the Central West Justice Center in 2022. Kristen stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer of CLA in the beginning of 2025. Kristen is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District of Massachusetts.
