Mildred Otero

Millie worked at Western Massachusetts Legal Services for over 36 years before the program joined with Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts to form Community Legal Aid in 2011. Along with providing general support for the Springfield office, Millie handles front desk inquiries in English and Spanish. She also interprets and translates for Spanish-speaking clients and assists with solving computer problems for advocates.
