Sarahdyne Moise
Legal Advocate, Family Law
Sarahdyne Moise is a law school graduate from Western New England University School of Law. She earned a certification in Criminal Law and obtained her 3:03 certification while interning during law school, which allowed her to represent clients in court under supervision. With a strong commitment to public interest law, Sarahdyne has focused her academic and professional journey on advocating for underserved populations, particularly in the areas of family law, immigration, and criminal defense.
She interned with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) at the Public Defender’s Office, where she supported indigent clients and gained valuable courtroom and case management experience. She also volunteered with Jewish Family Services in Springfield, assisting Haitian immigrants in applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), work authorization, and other legal protections. During law school, she gained civil litigation experience working with Dunn & Phillips, a general practice firm, where she was exposed to medical malpractice and property law matters. She also contributed to legal research, client support, and case preparation across multiple practice areas.
Sarahdyne has consistently demonstrated a commitment to service throughout her academic career. She volunteered with the “Law Students for a Day” program, helping to introduce high school students to the legal profession. She was recently recognized by the Crawford Black Bar Association for her strong dedication to public interest work while studying for the bar exam.
During law school, she served as President of the Student Bar Association (2024–2025) and previously held the roles of Orientation Chair and 2L Representative. Additionally, she served on the National Board of the National Black Law Students Association as Member-at-Large—becoming the first student at her law school to hold a national leadership position of that scale.
Prior to law school, Sarahdyne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Western Connecticut State University and completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program at Manchester Community College. She brings a wide range of legal experience from her work in family preservation, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, property, and civil rights law, and remains committed to using her legal education to empower marginalized communities and advance social justice.
