Coordinating Paralegal, Disability Benefits

Susan worked at Western Massachusetts Legal Services for over six years before the program joined with Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts to form Community Legal Aid in 2011. Susan represents clients in disability appeals before the Social Security Administration. She also assists disability recipients with issues affecting their payments. Susan serves as a resource to staff in CLA’s Western offices and outside attorneys regarding disability benefits and the effects of income, assets, and proposed legal agreements on clients’ eligibility and payments.
