Samantha O’Neil
Staff Attorney, Fair Housing
While in law school, Samantha served as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow, teaching constitutional law to local high school students and preparing them for a national moot court competition. She interned with CLA’s Housing and Homelessness Unit and Suffolk University’s Center for Housing and Justice Policy, where she focused on eviction defense and fair housing issues. During her final year, she became SJC 3:03 certified and worked as a student attorney in Suffolk Law’s Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples Clinic, where she collaborated closely with a Native Nation to strengthen its tribal laws and sovereignty. She was awarded the John E. Fenton, Jr. Public Service Award, Suffolk Law’s highest public service honor, given to graduating students pursuing careers in public interest law.
