Sarah Bodzinski

Staff Attorney, Employment Law

Sarah received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Assumption University in 2019. She then went on to Western New England School of Law and graduated cum laude with her J.D. in 2022. During her time at Western New England School of Law, Sarah was a Note Editor on the Western New England Law Review, a teaching assistant for Legal Writing & Property Law, and a member of the public interest law association. She interned with the Attorney General’s Office in the Administrative Law Department. 

Since joining CLA, Sarah has represented many clients at administrative hearings in front of the Department of Unemployment Assistance and appealed denials to the Board of Review, District Court, and Appellate Court. Sarah has also filed complaints at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) to redress wrongful workplace discrimination and initiated litigation in both state and federal court for the same. As a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, Sarah is passionate about serving her community and has conducted Know Your Rights trainings to educate the public on their employment rights and participated regularly in the Attorney General’s Wage Theft Clinics. Outside of work, Sarah is an avid bird watcher and gardener.
